This is the Nationale Nederlanden building in Prague. It is known as 'The Dancing House' or 'Fred and Ginger' and was designed by Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunic and Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry. It took two years to build and provides office space over six floors and a restaurant on the top floor. The 'dancing' shape is supported by 99 concrete panels, each one a different shape. The twisted structure you can see on top of the right side of the building is nicknamed 'Medusa'. This very non-traditional building was quite controversial at the time as it is quite obviously different to the Gothic, Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings which Prague is famous for. I think it's quite beautiful, what do you think?

Hmm, not sure. It troubles me slightly. I did a google images search for it and looking at a full page of pictures of it troubled me even more....
